A paid member subscription is required to access content on the NYCAL website. There are two ways to obtain a member subscription:
1.
If you anticipate one or two users please contact Ken Purnell at admin@nycal.net providing your name and firm email address.

Choose your recurring subscription plan.

A. Yearly plan at $198.00/yr
B. Monthly plan at $16.50/mo

A discount will apply to larger firms requiring more than two users ( See the Fee Table below ). Contact admin@nycal.net with the user names, email addresses and plan selection.

Users will be granted access once payment confirmation is received. Payment receipts will be available under "My Account"

Please make sure return path: "NYCAL Calendar Admin " < no-reply@nycal.net > is whitelisted on any firm server anti-spam products to ensure delivery of document upload and general administrative notifications that will automatically be sent to a user's email address. Please make sure return path: "NYCAL Administrator " < no-reply@nycal.net > is whitelisted on any firm server anti-spam products to ensure delivery of notifications.

NYCAL accounts are strictly for single user access.

Sharing login credentials is a violation of our terms of service. To ensure the security and integrity of the system, we have implemented measures to detect and prevent account sharing.

NYCAL Subscription Fee Table

2026 Fee Table Effective January 1, 2024: Due to increased operating costs and having had no fee increase in 8 years, it has become necessary to increase the NYCAL.net user subscription rate by 10%. To help offset the cost for larger clients the top tier has dropped from 15 users to 14.

¹File repository contains, but is not limited to, the following: appellate court rulings, bankruptcies, cluster lists and discovery schedules, consents to change attorney, case management order and exhibits, memorandum, plaintiff death notifications, Special Master recommendations, trial judge transfer and decision orders.

²Calendaring includes discovery and other deposition scheduling as well as Special Master imposed due dates and deadlines.
