If the note of issue was filed in a NYCAL case before January 7, 2025, consistent with the orders and rules of the prior coordinating judges, the deadline to file a motion for summary judgment in the case remains as provided for in the operative rules or CMO at the time the note of issue was filed, which for many of today’s active cases is 45 days from the date of the transfer order.
