You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by April 19, 2017. Comment letters should be no longer than 7 pages on 8 1/2 by 11 paper, single space. To the extent possible defendants’ and plaintiffs’ firms, respectively, should collaborate on comments to avoid redundant comments. Changes to the previous iteration of the draft CMO (dated 1/26/17) are underlined in this latest draft CMO. The Court expects to hold a Town Hall Meeting concerning the draft CMO and comments received, date to be determined.
